i managed to use this but if the original picture is say 800X800 px the new one with a clear background goes down to say 540X540 px . I know how to increase the px to say 600x600px under picture format but how do i save the new picture to maintain the new 600x600px as when i save it defaults back to 540px. I am struggling...Please help..

I am facing an issue with this idea, I have added the video in the background and its working pretty good, playing automatically and all. But that is True only if I am looking at it on my laptop but it never works if I connect my PC to a projector via HDMI cable. The videos never play in the presentation mode when it is connected to a projector. I could not figure it out.

I would like to have demonstrated how to embed Powerpoint Presentations (I have Powerpoint 2010) into my Website - The option was available in Powerpoint 2007 (though I neverused it) but how do you do it in 2010?? Really cool video. I have a question that maybe you can answer: the spin animation, is there a way to set the duration where it's longer than the timing of the slide and still have the slide change at the appropriate time even if it's shorter? I made a series of rotating stars that I set to 15 seconds, but the slide itself was only supposed to be up for 10 seconds. It messed up the timing of my presentation. Thanks in advance!

Hi Kevin. Can you please create an Excel video on how to create a Workbook with 4 or more sheets with one sheet being the master. I would like to have the data fields on the other sheets link to the master. When the individual sheets are updated, I would like the data totals for all sheets to be updated on the Master. Good video. I am doing a presentation that has 40 slides showing people who got their Distinguished Toastmaster award. I want 10 seconds per slide 2 questions: 1 I just want a slow rotation of the background image - can that be done? 2. Has the newest version of ppt taken away text to speech? Thanks again.

Is there any way of making the move from one slide to the next smoother when using video backgrounds? I find that from one slide to the next, there is a slight lag before the video starts... it'd be nice if it was a bit more seamless.

Thanks for a clear presentation which left me with a couple of queries. Am I right in thinking that this will only work with pre-animated text? It seems that any Animations relying on a mouse-click stop the video from playing. And I believe that, unlike audio, you cannot play the video across slides. Is that right?
