Great video. Have you thought of making a mash recipe to ferment to try to achieve the same end result? Maybe pumpkin, rye for spice, marshmallows, quick oats for buttery effect, and brown sugar. Just a thought. Keep em comming!

I would add the water back by sparging the grain. Hope this helps.
