Soda soap is a very common soap in Nigeria.
it's made with just two ingredients. which are:
1) LYE WATER ( caustic soda sodium)
2) Bleached Palm oil.

If the soap is soft, that means the gravity of your LYE water is too low. Please try and watch my video on how to measure your LYE.

If the soap is black, that means something is roung some were. Maybe your oil is over bleached. Try it again.

You can use 2 part of oil to one part of caustic soda solution ( LYE water) If it is for personal use. But if it's for sell, you can reduce the oil. But the oil most be more than the lye water.
