Ingredients:
• Poha (flattened rice)
• Peanuts
• Fried gram (pottukadalai)
• Curry leaves
• Red chili powder
• Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts until golden brown.
2. Add fried gram, curry leaves, and poha to the pan and deep fry little as shown in the video.
3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Smash it well .
4. mix everything together until the mixture is mixed well with all ingredients.
