dollar tree has a kit you can stick the balloons in the ground. you can hot glue the stick to the box instead of wire. or an old coat hanger will work too.

i wonder if this is legal to send out in large masses... if it is, im making a bunch of these and sending them out to explore the world until they run out of helium. but when they do, its either going in the ocean, or somewhere where people can get them. if its legal.
