The ohp sheet is available online and also in stationery shops. The kundan and chains in local craft shops. I know of one online store that sells kundan and that is Itsy Bitsy. This also has multiple physical stores. You can check for your location as well

U can use any thick needle, or dotting tool or even a toothpick. There are also pencils available online that have sticky tips, just for this.

No Mam. OHP sheet is made of plastic of varying thicknesses. It's also called a transparency. OHP stands for Overhead Projector sheet
