Amazing video! Just a note man, compression being multiband doesn't make the highs pop, what makes the highs pop is ''Upwards Compression'' that's on by default in multiband comps. It makes the threshold kind of a magnet to every signal (above or below it) so it pretty much keeps the highs band at a really nice level where its perceived loudness is greatest. If you use OTT for example, if you turn down the ''Upwards'' knob, you'll be left with the regular ''Downwards compression'' that everyone is used to ✨ Keep up the great work, I like your vids a lot man

Thanks for liking my videos man! I can't wait to bring more amazing in depth videos and gear videos! I've always looked at OTT as a way to bring up stuff in a signal of audio that wasn't there before (that's how I make insane glitches using OTT and filters). But that's pretty cool to know, I'm very good with mixing but don't go into the depth of a compressor that much haha, long as it sounds good it is good. Keep an eye for more videos coming later in February and a Huge SoundBank coming with a company and fellow KZbinr called Edmtips!

Dope! Please make more stmpd videos, maybe how to process vocals and vocals in the buildup. And of course some seth hills sound design would be dope :) Keep it up man!

Thanks man! Love the ideas here! I’m definitely going to show that stuff across multiple styles like my Meduza tutorial but I may be making a tutorial on Seth hills style or showing you into my own projects like STMPD house, melodic dubstep, dubstep, future bass, etc . Some tutorials will have free project files with stems! Also keep a look out for my next free pack coming which will have some STMPD sounds in it like Reese’s for example and maybe even the patch on serum! thanks again for the ideas, they are golden! Keep an eye out for some new tutorials and free content! :)
