Here's how to make realistic eyeballs using UV hard resin. I made up this process and plan to make more. This was my first time and they turned out really good! These eyes are super fun and you can make them in any color. They even have veins in the whites of the eyes.

Much better than other methods I've seen. I've been trying to use epoxy for the iris, which I guess is not the right way, but I do want to add depth to the iris, so maybe I could carve a little out of the first clear layer to let some of the paint through

Thanks, I like experimenting. When I try some more ideas I'll try to post them. I'm not the biggest fan of 2-part resins hence why I used UV resin. I love how quick, and crystal clear it is as well. :)

@@ClassyCheapskate I pulled off some pretty decent eyeballs with cake pop molds by filling the it up for the whites of the eye, then popping it out, adding the iris to the flat end, and making the cornea on a separate mold, and sticking the eye, iris down, atop it. It worked ok
