This idea is amazing and even as an adult, I'm excited about it! However, the rice amount is way too much for a kid, even an adult, while the protein is perhaps enough for 2 kids and the vegetables are too little; How can I keep the idea but reduce the rice portion to 1/3? Or suggest a side dish comprising more vegetables and some proteins so that a few person can share all the dishes?
