Quails are smaller sized poultry birds containing high protein content and a
relatively low fat content. These birds are filled with protein and essential
vitamins and minerals, making them a nutritious type of poultry.
Whole quail is at its best when roasted to perfection with nice, crispy skin. So this weekend we tried making our version of a simple quail roast recipe, using ingredients which are readily available. This dish turned out to be spicy and full of flavors. If you haven’t tried out quail before then this recipe is a must try.
