Hi, I would first like to say that your cooking videos are amazing, however, when i tried this recipie the cheese started verbally assaulting me as i poured it in the béchamel. Of course, I got angry, and started punching the sauce. This seemingly innocent move costed me my 7 fingers and some of my hand.
