Thanks, this is the best demo of these dies that I have seen. I think your results are so good because you scrunch the paper before rolling - looks more realistic tfs

Thank you so much. Have been dying to know how to use that due. You are the only one that has explained it clearly. Thanks again.

I am the only one who's see the pun in the ,,dying" word? (paper dye...................just hit me)

So, I found 1 bitty blossom die pack at Hobby Lobby on clearance. I love making flowers and I love these little dies. I've been wanting them for a while now!! Yeah. Literally, an hour ago I got them. I live a block from a Hobby Lobby and just went over to get out of the house for a bit. GREAT FIND!!

I'm really into making my own flowers. I've debated getting these dies. I love making my own flowers. Yours are gorgeous.

Thank you so much for the tutorial. I have looked at the dies many times but never bought any...unsure what they would look like completed. You have convinced me it is time to buy the dies now :)

I have found that when I roll them too tightly. I just let go of the pressure a bit and the outer petals will spring out wider but the middle of the petal usually stays pretty tight.

These roses are beautiful, can you do a tutorial on how to make that box that you showed it amazing. I want to make one for my sister.

before I roll mine up, I use some glimmer mist on both sides and dry them. Then I use a tweezer and roll the pedals down then I roll it up. thats just my way of doing it.. hugs Barb

You make it look very easy! Thanks for the tip on scrunching it up first. I tried my first one with white card stock and I think the paper was too heavy - Is that possible? I had to wet it paper to curl the petals back. . .

I don't have a Cuddle Bug or a Big Shot so I can't use those dies, but my gosh your roses are beautiful. I love to make handmade roses and just use the EK Success Retro Flower Punches but I do the Cricut along with a few flower cartridges that include rolled templates for flowers.....LOVE LOVE IT! Great job...New Subbie for sure!

I have seen what those wonderful punches can do and they are definitely are on my to buy list because I like to invest in the tools...like those circle tip flower tools...they look like embossers and I think they're from McGill as well...but regardless you really inspired me. I have a few flower tutorials on my selection of videos but I need to do an updated video because I continue to learn and grow...thank you again :-)

When you get to the end I find the base to big, am I rolling them to small & I get a crease in the side of the base when I bring the base up?

Have a search on youtube for McGill Blossom Punches (youtube name: mcgillcrafts), Laura. They aren't rolled but they make amazing 3D flowers with punches.

You'd be better using a quilling tool for rolling these. Much easier and faster!
