How to make ROOM HEATER at home using Nichrome wire and Earthen pot

That's clever, the fan on top blows air into the vase and the only way out is the huge opening with the heating element, and that will force some heat out while preventing the elements from overheating. Very creative indeed, although I would recommend using metal blades since the plastic blades will most likely warp overtime from the exposure to heat. Also it would be a good idea to add a safety cage around the element so the element and the ground doesn't get damaged if it falls over.

For India much simpler option is take a big matka set it inverted on two bricks standing on their sides. take a small cup and use it to support a 60w light bulb (can even use a smaller bulb) . turn the bulb on and its heat will heat the matka from inside instead of escaping to ceiling. it won't raise room temp any but will gently heat the air at bed level. u will find ur sleep is much better with warm air, u will feel the difference. cost is R 50 or so for whole winter use

Unless theres safety switches which is unlikely this is too dangerous to justify using to heat a room especially when the pot will heat up and melt the plastic holding the fan not to mention other stuff in the fan.

Just because something is dangerous doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. If you're smart enough and have enough sense, dangerous things can be quite fun. In the case of this heater, just don't touch it and make sure the wires are long enough that you can cut it off at a distance. Keep a fire extinguisher handy.

look that depends on the power of the element . if you want to increase the power then connect your strings in parallel and if you connect in series the power decreases eventually the heat also . keep in mind that use the connecting wire of current capacity more than what you need,say suppose as per your calculation 4 or 5 amp is required then take 10 amp capacity wire for connections and do keep in mind about the switch board also

Put the fan upside down. It will become forced draft(FD) rather than induced draft as shown. FD arrangement will longer the life of fan motor else it will burn out with a day...
