This sabiki rig is very effective to fish mackerel, horse mackerel, sardines ,dotted shad and sometimes it catch black sea bream, giant mullet and pilchards..
I make this sabiki because the sabiki we bought in the fishing store here in japan is very expensive..
I mostly use this sabiki rig to catch live bait..

Maraming salamat kabuddy.. iba ang pangigisda dito gumagamit ang mga hapon ng rod at reel para di sila mahirapan.. high tech kasi sila.. pero mas maganda dyan sa inyo ang daming isda.. pangarap ko mag fishing ng tuna. Iba kasi sa amin sa bacolod wlang tuna.. hehehe

awesome video, i learned a new knot that will help me with my high low rigs and sabikis. plus i am planning on moving to the Philippines, so i am looking for good Filipino youtubers to watch and learn more Tagalog and Bisaya, so you got my sub. have you tried a Tenkara rod? it is perfect for the type of fishing you were doing in this video, plus it's collapsible and doesn't need a reel, and you can usually buy them for less than almost any other fishing rod. i have one that i use when trying to catch smaller fish, and it works really well.

Whats the purpose of the yellow thing at the end of the line and what were you dipping it in?

The yellow thing is the basket sinker and I dipped it on the krill or a tiny type of shrimp 🦐 with water.. thanks for watching I hope it helps you in your fishing journey.
