Excellent recipe for beginners. Samoosa strips are not easy to make but you have simplified it for us. I cannot find pur anywhere so I tried your recipe. Now at least we can enjoy samoosas this Ramadan. Many thanks

Thanks Saleem, I have been successful in this technique 5 or 6 times now but yesterday I did two large batches which stuck together like crazy, it frustrated me big time but I'm going for it again today (I'm getting orders now) so fingers crossed.

Here is a tiny advice.. you lay down a cloth under that cutting board and that board wouldn’t move and you don’t need someone to hold it in place for you..

Put them in freezer bags (small batches) and freeze for up to 6 months. When ready, thaw and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

I used 1cup flour which is 125g. .5 tsp salt, 100ml water. Knead it till smooth. I did not change anything here. Not sure if you want the whole procedure!!
