1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp Ube flavoring
1 tsp Langka/Jackfruit flavoring
Yellow food color
for the toppings:
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp white sugar
