Having made the best Cornish Pasty from your recipe that we have tasted since the mid to late seventies I’m guessing this will be fantastic too. We used to go to Cornwall for our holidays when we were first married and we was blown away with the proper pasties. In later years we noticed a tendency for moving more towards the gravy brown stew mush that passed as a pasty around South Derbyshire, even sold so called pasty’s in the pit canteen (yes I was a miner but coal not tin.) they were mush as well. You’re a star ⭐️ with that recipe alone. But we will be trying the Cornish tea as well. Xx
