How to make SEAFOOD SAUCE (Spicy Octopus With Seafood sauce *LETS EAT) | SASVlogs

There is many different ways to make this sauce, its all according to your liking. Mine is never the same, depending what I eat with it and according to the portion size.
In this video:
Recipe
3 Cilantro Roots
6 Chili
5 Cloves Garlic
4 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
Hand full of Chopped Cilantro
Octopus (or your favorite seafood)
Mash or blend cilantro roots, chili, garlic together. Add a little bit of sugar for easy mashing. Slowly add sugar, fish sauce and lime juice a little bit at a time. You may not use all of it...add less or more to your own liking.
Blanch Octopus in boiling water no more then 3 minutes. Top with seafood sauce and ENJOY :).

เขาเป็นคนไทยใช่ไหมคะ? นึกว่าคนประเทศลาว เรายังแยกภาษาอีสานกับภาษาลาวไม่ค่อยออกค่ะ คิดว่าเป็นคนไทยตรงที่เขาพูดคำว่าอร่อย เพราะคนลาวเขาจะพูดว่าแซ่บหรือเปล่า ?
