Use one Kilo watt UV bulb with vacuum for better results, Also distance from bulb to Stencil or glass is also play important roll in exposure. For 1KW UV lamp 3 ft to 3.5 ft is ideal.

Normal bulb is very weak source of UV. it may cause your screen under exposed. try to get UV tube light with good vacuum facility for best results. If you are planning to buy bulb , Sun is better option.

use 10 gm of liquid sensitizer for 100 gm of emulsion. what do you mean by wash? if you mean decoating, then there are options available for decoating screens, You can use Shebro screen stipper liquid , for better and faster result (spill free) use Decoater gel. Thanks. (Happy screen printing)
