Since and for can be used with both perfect and perfect continuous tenses. When one says,"I have lived here for two years", it can even mean, "Yes, I know this place very well; I have lived here for two years." When one says, "I have been living here for two years", it means, "I started living in the past; and I still do so; and my living is likely to continue..." Here the tense is "perfect continuous".

@@bindusham I may try to elucidate it a little more. Present Perfect Tense conveys a sense like a) the action has just been over with its impact still on. He has written a novel. (It sounds, there is something more to say about it...). They have arrived...(Now, let us go and receive them...) etc. Similarly, when one says, "He has driven four wheel drive", it means he is not new to it; or he knows about it. Here also, the impact persists. According to the context, we can have plenty of examples. As for Pre Perf Continuous, suppose my uncle is a government employee, and he had joined the service five years back; I can say, "He has been working in government service for five years." This means he is still in service - now for five years, right? But, I agree with you that they both are not interchangeable.

Yes. If she is still working there, we can certainly say "She has been working..." But with verbs like work, live etc, we can also use the present perfect simple in the same situation.
