@suzan wen The heavier bread may have been due to insufficient secondary fermentation. Increase the time of secondary proving and inflate the dough to 3 times the size. Please try it.

Thank you for this comment, I also had the same issue for my past bakes for loaf breads. Today I let the dough rise longer and it turned out well cooked. Thank you again both!
Thank you for the recipe. In the ingredients you mentioned 20g. Unsalted butter and 2tbsp. Oil, but I don't see that you add them in the mixed dough.. can you please let me know if I need to add them. Thank you so much 🥰

Yesterday I made one without any butter or oil and I didn't have pan the same size as you, so I divided the dough to three pieces but I each one I add vegetables the same amount as your recipe, so it seems to much hahaha, anyway I ate in the morning for breakfast it turns out quite nice. I need to practice more for the next one. Thanks 😊😊 By the way I saved many of your recipes 😉😉
