Ginataang Labong with Shrimp
Ingredients:
labong or Bamboo Shoot- cut into strip
shrimp - clean and devein
coconut milk
onion
garlic
ginger
2 pcs long green chili
1 pc slice green chili
bunga ng malunggay
malunggay leaves
fish sauce
cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Note: before to saute the Labong ;
boil the Labong or Bamboo Shoot for atleast 20-25 minutes season with salt
let it cool down, wash by water and squeeze
