Separately. Join the tulle with the half length first, then after you add the satin, then lining.

About 10 - 15yards would do. Depending on how full you want it.

Yes it does. You can buy 5yards of net then cut out your desired length and join it to get a longer length for the ruffles.

Net fabric about 8-10 yards is perfect. Bridal 2yards is ok Lining a yard. Nude net a yard.
