I think in the last steps you have to insert the ribbon into the hole and pull it out. Check that out you might be missing it

Attempted it step by step but the tails keep ending on the opposite sides of eachother. Also I dont know how you kept your fingers Luke that for long. 2 tries in and my fingers started to hurt
