@@amkp40technology Hi. What changes do I have to do in order to keep it switched on, if I remove the power supply while it on? Currently, I need to click the button again after reconnect the power supply, in order to turn it back on: it always get off state. It would desirable let it "remember" the last state whenever the power supply is reconnected. That's because IRFZ44 keep its last "state" even if there is no longer power: it changes its state with positive and negative pulses. I would like to take advantage on that feature. I appreciate your help on it.

Hey there! I'm having some problem on working of this circuit - I have given input voltage of 5v. 1) when I tested it using voltmeter it works well (in one click it turns on and in one click turns off) 2) but when I connected that usb circuit (5v input voltage) it does get turned on, but does not get turned off. Please suggest me some solution. And yes I tested the switch it works well.

This circuit is very sensitive use only battery, don't use any AC mains voltage adapter, because some trickle over voltage or AC noise cause circuit misoperation. Thank you for comment ❤️🙏🏻

Remove the direct connection between collector pin of PNP transistor to the gate of MOSFET and replace it with a 10k resistor. Add another 10k resistor from collector pin of PNP transistor to the GND. That's all. It will work with 12v supply.
