It will work but you can see a trouble in opening of dustbin after you battery drain so I advise you to use capacitor for free flowing work of your project and link of buying capacitor & all other things are given in description.🙂

Yes, you can make it without capacitor but you will not get good response from servo motor. I suggest you to buy everything which is in description and I have included Amazon link also for that purpose.
