Thanks for making a more detailed video of this showing how your trays sit! I make mine and played them into IKEA lunch trays, and set precariously on top of the 10x 20" seed trays and the fabric draped into it. Successfully survived a week being gone!

Interesting when you mentioned you keep small seeds uncovered. I wonder if my low germination rate with brassicas is beacause im burying them too deep (about 0.75cm)
