@Lazydayyt What if I use a pn-junction diode to connect the two copper leaves. Do you think it shall work? If, yes? How would I find out which leaf to connect with P-side and which n-side?

El silicon es lo mismo que "silicona líquida" dopada con colorante natural de zarzamora o fresa o también puede ser dopada con colorante artificial, de esos colorantes que le dan "color a ciertos bocadillos", la silicona dopada con colorante artificial funge como material semiconductor de unión o "cierre de unión de contactos eléctricos". Para que estas placa de metal cobre puedan generar algo de electricidad tuvieron que ser la mitad de las laminillas de cobre unas de ellas ser "calentada al rojo vivo" con fuego directo a fin de recrear una zona llamada "Óxido Cuproso" la cual tiene como función al ser alcanzada por la radiación solar convertirse en material "semiconductor tipo P" y el otro sin ser calentada queda como "semiconductor tipo N" y producir alrededor de 0,48 Vcc a 1,22 Vcc cuando es expuesta directamente a la "radiación solar"... saludos desde México a 28 de marzo de 2022.

Para ello te recomiendo buscar en la app de Wikipedia en tu idioma y leer lo referente al Efecto Seebeck y Efecto Peltier en un tema llamado Termoelectricidad, ahí encontrarás muy buena información de calidad, completa y comprobada.
