Suppose the battery inside your mobile phone is of 4000 mAh. It takes about 40 hours of 100 mA to charge fully. As this is an emergency gadget, use it only when you have no other better option. All mobiles have built in charge control. So connecting a 5V panel as a source for mobile charging is no issue. 5W the panel's ability to supply power. This means the panel can give upto 1A current under good sunlight. The charge controller will limit the current as the mobile battery gets charged and when fully charged it will not take any current, like all of us that we cannot eat when we are fully fed.

7805 was not working because the input voltage is 6v and I connect the diode 0.7v dope and some wire resistance so it's not work pretty well
