it's true, to make someone love you first you need to start to accept yourself and love yourself. I used to manifest this guy without realizing that I'm doing it with obsession or insecurity and I kept telling myself I don't deserve him and etc. so I did attract the negative energy. Right now I've changed the mindset, I've started loving myself, scripting, feeling grateful for everything, did let go my guy because for this moment the energy between us is kinda toxic so we need to have space.
