We make these enchiladas but we don’t use the salsa. Just the sour cream, cream of chicken and diced green chilis. And we use Monterey Jack cheese and make individually enchladas. It’s been my favorite meal since I was a little girl!!! I absolutely love it!

Mmmmm! I will be making this. I make a similar casserole using beans and carnitas. I use 12 small corn tortillas cut in half and layer half overlapping them for each layer of sauce in the dish.

You could use more milk. But, I'm not sure how that would be. If you have any chicken bullion cubes, you could use those with water

It's called Two Cooks. It was printed in the early 90's. It sold locally and isn’t available online. I soooo wish it was. It's such a great cookbook!
