Ingredients that you’ll need:
Bread flour 500g
Salt 10g
Instant yeast 3g
Water 340g
1. Weight all ingredients and put into a bowl.
2. Use a wooden spoon or a pair chopsticks stir all ingredients. Cover and rest it for 1 hour.
3. After resting it for 1 hour, stretch and fold. You can stretch and fold it for 3 times. Make sure you rest each fold for 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and mould the dough to round. Rest for 30 minutes.
5. Shape the dough to any desire shape and place into a mould that is covered with a cloth. Make sure you turn the dough upside down and proof for 20 minutes.
6. Place the dough on a tray and gives a few cuts/scores.
7. Bake at 210C for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 180C for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from oven and rest it at room temperature.
