1 full pitcher heavy cream, 8 pumps vanilla. Shake well. Pour into a blender, add packet of salt, blend for foam. This is how it’s actually made at Starbucks :D easy to copy at home

Yeppp!! This is just 10 times easier and quicker! :) I like to make it this way when I'm in a rush... but if I have time to make my coffee, I'm using the nespresso and then blending together heavy cream, a little bit of milk, salted caramel syrup and a little bit of salt in my frother!

Just btw (from a barista) at starbucks they add the water because they make a concentrated cold brew, so they have to dilute it, so you don't have to worry about it when you buy store bought since it comes pre-diluted🤗

Sbux barrista here! This is my favorite drink too. Just FYI we use our vanilla sweet cream and add two small packets of salt to make the salted cold foam. And the vanilla sweet cream is made using vanilla and heavy cream

I was doing the same thing but it still wasn’t as thick as I liked it! Once I switched to cool whip, it gave me the closest consistency to Starbucks’ cold foam! 🥰

If you’re trying to make cold foam, use one part 2% milk, two parts heavy cream, and flavored syrup. The heavy cream changes everything but putting in the milk keeps it more liquid rather than frothing into whipped cream

@@moonstonemamaa That explains why it tastes weird to you. Cold brewing doesn't even involve hot water. You just take ground coffee beans and put them in water in the fridge overnight (12-18 hours recommended). You use time instead of heat to make the coffee, essentially. Apparently cold brew has more caffeine and is less acidic, so some people like it better for that reason.
