At 6:19, pretty sure that isn't supposed to be an activation button but a Prequel era covertec wheel for attachment to a belt clip. That's what a lot of prop replicas use there. I can't find an official image to confirm.

Here's a relatively easy one: Sith Stalker (Lord Starkiller from the Dark Side ending of the first Force Unleashed game). It's not hollow, like Galen's, and it doesn't have all that much detail compared to Luke's or Vader's.

Have you ever used rub n buff to paint a prop silver rather than using it to accent battle damage? I've found that with enough (obligatory) rubbing and buffing, you get a really nice metal-like look to props.
