What I just love about this method is that you can downsize it for 2 or 4, just use the same basic approach. Much better than making a large, time consuming, lasagna which will dry out before you finish it. This is great for a quick every day meal. Save the "real lasagna" for a special occasion!

I like the way you cook with what you have already in your cupboard. Because when you’re in the midst of cooking sometimes you have to improvise. It shows people how to just use what you got to get those flavors going. Truth be told there are not always rules to preparing good good food.
