Ideally you need cornflour. It is found in the sauces section in most supermarkets as its commonly used as a thickening agent for gravy etc. Your next best option would be normal cooking flour however you may need to adjust recipes to suit.

+fieldhunt You can do, however you can add any secondary flavour you like as long as its in liquid form. Sweetcorn liquid from a tin is very good alternative.
