wait so after you cook them in the boiling water for twenty minutes and then let them sit in the water for 20 minutes, what do you make the temperature of the water when you let them sit? if that makes sense. like do you turn off the heat or turn it down?

You don't need to use ice water because when you do that they harden up faster so there not chewy and nice but it's all up to you

I just made this with some strawberry milk and it tastes really good they’re not as chewy as I would have liked but they taste good also this takes FOREVER this took me 3 HOURS in total but I will be doing it again too perfect my boba

I made it and it was delish! I used honey dew melon instead of strawberries and it worked perfectly and tasted amazing. I can wait to try this again with different fruits!!

The recipe for the strawberry boba is: - 1/2 cup strawberry - 2 tablespoons water - 2 tablespoons sugar After for 1 min microwaving - Add 3 tablespoons of tapioca starch/tapioca flour After microwaving again - Add 1-2 cups of tapioca starch/tapioca flour until it not sticky Hope this helped!?! @@strawberries9411 so i put the strawberry’s,water and sugar{the first part} on the stove for 2-3 min cause it will take longer in the pot then it will a microwave, then the second time i also used the stove. And at the end when we had to boil it, i just filled a big pot with water almost all the way and boiled for 20 min and left it to cool for 20 min

No please don’t use cornstarch. It won’t work. It’s going to be really weird and disgusting tasting. You can buy tapioca starch from Amazon or your local Asian market 😄
