How To Make Strawberry Freezer Jam

Kathy, THANK YOU! I live in northern Michigan, surrounded by farms, orchards and wineries! When the produce explodes up here during summer and fall, it's a beautiful thing! I'm making this jam at the end of May when strawberries are everywhere up here! Thanks again!

Yessss do it! Michigan strawberries are the best - I go to a upick farm the first week in June when you can get up to 20 berries to a plant and eat as many as you want (pay what you leave with) it's the best jam in the WORLD

I have a ? Is this recipe you just made is it really sweet, My friend make strawberry jelly with sure- jell and said just follow the directions on the box put the jelly she gave me was very sweet I don't want it overly sweet. Thank You.😊

You may have to add more sure-gel. That happened with me recently too!

Just made me a batch, it's been 4hrs. But still looks and acts very runny. I'll give it till tomorrow afternoon to see if it sets up or not! 😢🤔🤔🍓🍓🍓

Yes. This is definitely sweet. You might want to cut back on the sugar
