How To Make SVG Files for Cricut in Illustrator + How To Use Them in Design Space

This video shows how to make an SVG file with fold lines in Adobe Illustrator for use with a Cricut cutting machine (or a Silhouette)! I also show how to import it in and use it with a Cricut.

if you use the alt with the tool in illustrator the program will mirror adjusting size left and right size ;)

You mentioned lines which appear as double lines in DS. It happens to me when I create the lines for a jigsaw puzzle to cut on a picture: all my lines are cut double and it is annoying! So, I understand the solution is no stroke for the lines?

Surely your rectangle needs to be 10 inches by 7 inches as it will be folded to 5" x 7"?
