Our Equivalent, We call it coconut drops, but we use brown sugar, use spices like ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon, cut it into small squares and put it on banana leaf🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Lilly from.barbados carribean island west indies we call it sugar cake boil coconut with sugar to it get stickie and drop on a wet.plate to dry by spoon full table spoon to cool
