1. Dissolve salt and sugar in cold water.
2. Sift the cake flour and bread flour.
3. Add cold butter and break it into small pieces.
4. Add the prepared water and combine into one lump.
5. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. After rolling out the dough, fold it 3 times and repeat rolling it out again 2 times.
7. Please refrigerate the dough for a while.
8. Add the white flour to the sugar powder and mix.
9. Take out the dough, roll it out again, and fold it 3 times.
10. Roll out the dough and cut it into regular sizes.
11. Make holes in the dough with a fork.
12. Apply number 8 on the dough.
13. Squeeze apricot jam on top and shape it.
14. Put the dough on the pan.
15. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
