I'm a little confused. Your recipe only states 1 'cup' of whole wheat flour (though the instructions also have another half a 'cup' of some sort of flour too), but in the video you put in 'cup' of whole wheat flour and then later on you say to put in another 1/2 'cup' of an un-named flour. Which is it?

@@billlyoliveman I apologize for any confusion! I used only whole wheat flour in this recipe. First, I added 1 cup, and then later, I worked in an additional 1/2 cup. The amount of flour can vary depending on the moisture in the sweet potato mash, so I like to start with 1 cup and then adjust by adding more as needed. I hope this clears things up!
