2 % Liquid milk (4 cups)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 star anise
8-10 clove
5 cardamom
3 pieces of cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup preserved cherries
1/4 cup raisins.

Trinidadians calls this 'sawine'.. basically the same method but ours is made more 'liquidy'..it is such a nice sweet dessert.. great job
