Gorgeous, delicious, Tacos De Costilla. I don't have an instant pot or a pressure cooker and it's been on my to do list for a long time to get one! I could eat these all day Gabriel and I'm a big fan of the heat, bring it on!!!

What kind of peppers do you guys have down under? Which is the hottest pepper readily available in your stores? I can get habaneros but ghost peppers are hard to find in my area.
