How to make tag pockets on and for tags

Here is part 5 for basic scrapbooking and craft tutorial for beginners on how make pockets for and on tags. This are also great to use as pockets in mini albums and journals.Using the beautiful Time to Flourish paper line from Graphic 45 for the samples.
