Rather than centering the anchor point manually, you could just right click the layer > transform> Center Anchor Point in Layer Content.(Ctrl+Alt+Home)

When I enable expressions adn connect it to the audio I never get this [temp,temp] line, and when I try adding it AE tells me it isn't defined. P.S. I try to the the gauss blur react to the music

adding the (100,100) doesn't work. It only scales on the x axis and the y axis stays the same, making the animation just stretch really wide. Changing the values doesn't help and i can't manually scale it either
