My Goodness, girl! Your cleverness never fails to amaze me. I'll no longer buy one koobi for £5.49 or fill my luggage with them when I come back from GH. As soon as my current stash is finished, I'm making my own. Yipppeeee!!! God bless you dear.

I’ve been contemplating on making mg own koobi for a while now. I love how you just used the regular salt here. I was stressing myself about getting that granulated/sea salt. It’s been quite hot here. I need to take advantage of the weather and make my own. I love all the tips you gave too. That fish is solid hard like cupboard. Perfect koobi. 🐟

Hello, Hello pretty lady, I am from Jamaica and I have been following you for a little while and I decided I am gonna make your koobi, it came out real good, but I didn’t get to enjoy it, my mother ate all 6 of my fish, and she said it was oh so good, but I cheated and didn’t tell her this is a way of preserving fish from Ghana, keep up the good work Ms Adjeley

This is WORTH trying because those four KOBI could break your bank in a store over! almost $60 US✌🏻😁
@cherrieblossom53932 жыл бұрын
@JOYCE STYLE OF COOKING It's not only more expensive in the shops, but also, there are rumours that, some people use chemicals in dehydrating the tilapia, chemicals that can cause cancer. Also, some shops keep food in rat infested shops or storage, and other unhygienic conditions. Eating food that it's likely rats have urinated or defecated on, can cause various health issues including liver disease.
