Maybe find a baked Mac and cheese recipe with 5 stars and use his ingredients/method, but use their measurements for like items? Well it may not cover the sourcream and spices but search a mac recipe and put the word sourcream in the search box with it. And continue to search with cayenne pepper and then with mustard with evaporated milk/milk. Make sure the serving size is the same with each recipe you look up And he uses one egg for what seems like a serving for eight ppl. *Or if too much work to look up, then for the cayenne pepper and seasonings just be safe with 1 or 2 tablespoons, use the lesser amount (1 table spoon or half of TB) if you know the seasoning is salty because the cheese has salt. *For Liquids evaporated milk and sourcream be safe with a half cup or 3/4 cup. Of course follow the box of mac instructions for the water you'll need for your elbow noodles. You can drop a veg or chicken bullion in your Macoroni boiling water for flavor to your noodles:) *A whole box or 16 Oz of noodles

I’m glad to see that you’re not one for the ol’ oil floating on top of the pasta water…which does nothing. I’ve found that frequently stirring the pasta and of course making sure none sticks to the bottom, keeps my pasta from sticking together. I don’t give it enough time to stick. 🥘♥️
