I love to watch you cook SO MUCH! And your banter with your sister. I am a West Coast American who has lived in England for almost fourteen years now. There is no Mexican food here! I miss it sooooo much. IF I want decent corn tortillas I have to order them online. Whenever I visit America I come home to Enland with several packaged of frozen corn tortillas in my suitcase. Omgoodness, I made this for breakfast this morning. The only thing I did differently was cut the recipe in half. Because there's just my husband and myself here today. And I used Creama instead of sour cream. AND IT IS AMAZING! I will definitely be making this again SOON. The full recipe will be perfect when the kids and grandchildren are here. Thanks ladies. I tried this recipe and the result was ahmazzzzing! I didn't have chorizo so I substituted with corn beef. Maybe I'll brave making the chorizo one time. It is time consuming but worth it. Next time I peel the potatoes the night before. I also made the best eggs ever in my life. I didn't understand why you kept pulling the coagulated eggs towards the middle of the pan but as I did it made perfect sense...no burnt eggs. Man "sun" said the eggs looked like the restaurant eggs.
