Mate, I’m absolutely certain that all your Indian and Pakistani fans will agree that this was an amazing plate of food! No mean feat, considering you prepped and cooked it all outdoors. I don’t know how much you know about food from the sub continent, but that really was as authentic as you can get. My mum approves, and she doesn’t compliment anyone else’s Pakistani cooking! Back in the 70’s/80’s I used to enter camping/cooking competitions in the Scouts (7th Deal(Sandwich) St George’s) and I always aimed for the unusual. No pot roasts, but deep-fried mushrooms is in batter, sweet & sour pork with fried rice etc. Your channel really brings back those days! Being Kent based helps. We camped at Betshanger and Kingsdown. Incidentally, we usually used a trench fire, which is very versatile and efficient. Happy to explain that if you’re interested.

My indian tummy is so satisfied right now just by seeing this video! Thanks for the video tribute to our beloved curry! Top job! P.S. we indians do not eat the curry and the bread bite after bite. Correct way to eat it is to tear small pieces of the bread and then load it with curry on top (much like a taco) and devour! :)
